VINCE VACCARO
Surrounded for over two decades by the famously captivating beauty of the Canadian west coast, Montreal born Vince Vaccaro has steadily refined his craft as a singer-songwriter, producer, and live performer, carving out his own path with a distinct sound, easily recognizable within seconds of hearing his voice.
Echoing from the wind swept beaches at the end of the road, his music is an ever evolving reflection of a life long passion to pursue creativity, expression, and authenticity through song.
Having shared stages with such notable acts as City and Colour, Mumford & Sons, Sam Roberts Band, The Glorious Sons, Bedouin Soundclash, and Matt Mays, to name a few- Vaccaro is no stranger to captivating audiences with his heart-strong, fiery, live performances.
“I found myself wondering, after he held an astonishing vocal note for ages in Young Leaf, exactly how the hell he was playing a small Victoria club and not a stadium full of people. Vaccaro is a world-class talent who has yet to be discovered by the masses. But just give it time. “- Adam Marsh, NEXUS
“Why I like it: Funky instrumentals and catchy melody” - Alan Cross, A Journal of Musical Things
“Forever in Chucks and a bandana, Vaccaro builds new-school classic rock ballads out of heartbreak guitars and his unstoppable voice” - MTV BuzzWorthy
“This could be huge!" - Mike Fraser

These videos are not shot professionally. Two of these videos were filmed by fans in the crowd (Here In My Place/Young Leaf). A third was shot on air at CJZN (91.3FM) in Victoria during a tribute to Gord Downie (Long Time Running), and the last video was recorded in Vince’s living room - shot on his iPhone and recorded to his laptop, live off the floor (Forever Young) - a cover song played on piano, dedicated to his grandmother Monique. His most recent performance of Bring the River Back was shot live at the Royal Theatre on December 6th, 2019. Watch it below.
