SOLO ACOUSTIC SINGER-SONGWRITER
Please note that set lengths can be arranged into shorter segments to suit individual situations, in order to accommodate unique event timing.
$10,000/2 hours total set length
$12,500.00/3 hour total set length
All sets include up to two special song requests, at no additional cost. All song requests must be received a minimum of 6 weeks prior to event date.
TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION
Please include which tier your event falls under when contacting us with a booking request. Accommodation reservations must be booked a minimum of 12 weeks prior to event date, and approved by Artist management.
Based in Victoria, BC, Canada.
Local: 60km or less from Victoria city center to venue (no accommodation required).
Local Plus: 60-100km of less from Victoria city center to venue (no accommodation required). *
Tier 1: 100-300 km (requires approved accommodation).*
Tier 2: 300-500 km (requires approved accommodation).*
Tier 3: 500+ km (requires flight, approved accommodation, local transport, and hospitality).*
*Travel expenses added for Local Plus, Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 based on venue distance (mileage, per diem, food, etc.)
PRODUCTION
Sound production for solo acoustic singer-songwriter sets is available for small private events falling under Local, and Local Plus distance ranges only. Fees apply, please inquire when sending booking request.
We are not able to provide sound production for events under Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3 distance ranges. We advise that reputable, professional, local sound production be hired.
VENUE REQUIREMENTS
As with any live concert setting, it’s important that the performance area be covered, safe, and secured. Although we have no problem doing a few songs outdoors, on the beach, in the field, etc (weather permitting), we can’t offer a full performance in the great outdoors, no matter how glorious the forecast looks.
All events must therefore provide a covered, dry, performance area, in order to bring you the full experience. Preference is always given to indoor venues, with proper staging.
